As the global situation and economic environment surrounding Ok ura Industrial Group undergo major changes, global social issues have become increasingly complex, and it has become increasingly difficult to steer management. Against this backdrop, the Group is also at a major turning point.
In“ Medium-term Management Plan(2024)”, which is the roadmap for achieving our management vision “Next10(2030)”, we have been working on “Establishment of platforms & strengthening of foundations” for the second stage for realizing the group vision. In the third stage of our“ Medium-term Management Plan(2027)”, we will boldly take on the challenge of“ Expansion of business fields.”
First, we will steadily execute our growth strategy by resolvin g remaining issues under ”Medium-term Management Plan(2024)” and expanding our lineup of high-value-added products. Second, we seek business opportunities both in Japan and overseas together with our busi ness partners and stakeholders. Third, we will strengthen our research and development section and work to create new businesses by deepening our core technologies.
Based on the Group’s Management Philosophy and Mottos, as well as the universal values of the founding spirit that form the foundation of the philosophy, we will move forward with the achievement of our management vision, “Next10(2030).”
