Core Technology・Equipment Introduction
Film-forming
This is a technology in which various resins are melted in an extruder and extruded from a die, and the extruded resin is cooled to produce a film.
Schematic diagram of Inflation
Inflation
Extruding molten resin in a form of tube from circular die and blowing air into tube, then inflating the film such as balloon and finally winding it while pulling by rollers and cooling.
Schematic diagram of T-die Casting
T-die Casting
Film-forming technology of supplying melting resin to T shaped die and discharging from air gap of lip after resin spreads to both edges of die in manifold, then cooling film by cooled roll and winding the film.

Coating
This technology provides optical and physical functions by applying a solution prepared with coating materials to the surface of a film with high precision, drying and curing.
Schematic diagram of Die
Die
This is a coating method in which the coating agent is pushed out of the die and coated onto the film.
Schematic diagram of Reversed-Gravure
Reversed-Gravure
In this method, the gravure roll is rotated in the opposite direction to that of the substrate, the rotating gravure roll scrapes up the coating agent, the doctor blade scrapes off excess coating agent, and the coating agent is coated onto the film.

Printing
This technology transfers ink onto the surface of a film by gravure or flexographic printing.
Schematic diagram of Gravure Printing
Gravure Printing
Ink is supplied to the 凹block, excess ink is scraped off with a doctor blade, and pressure is applied from the film side to transfer the ink in the concave to the film and dry it.
Schematic diagram of Flexo Printing
Flexo Printing
A method in which ink is supplied to the 凸 block and pressure is applied from the film side to transfer and dry the ink on the 凸 to the film.
