SILKLON

Silklon is a film extruded from thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer resin (TPU),and it has both rubber flexibility and plastic strength / hardness. We have been manufacturing and selling it since 1989. We can offer films with thickness of 8 μm to 800 μm by inflation or T die process film formation which can also film different kinds of three layers. If necessary, we will also handle separators (PE, PET, paper etc) and please consult with us for customization according to your request.


ES series (for foam molding etc.)

It is a TPU film featuring a separatorless single and thin film which can not be manufactured by other companies. For integral foam molding applications for automobiles, we have the No. 1 market share in Japan and we have delivered over 25 years. We have adopted it for various purposes such as for OA chair and stretchable sensor other than for automobiles.

NES / HVL series (medical dressing)

It is TPU film featuring thin and high Water-vapor permeability. As a dressing base material, it is adopted by domestic and foreign medical dressing manufacturers, and we have delivered for more than 15 years. In addition, the ultra high moisture permeability grade (HVL) developed in recent years has received high appreciation from users.

HM series (adhesive)

It is TPU film featuring low melting point. It has strong adhesion to polyester and cotton fabric. Adopted for sportswear and print adhesion of apparel, thermal base material for adhesion and so on.

NY / SNY series (for protection)

It is non-yellowing TPU film excellent in weather resistance. Almost no yellowing due to aging, excellent in transparency. We have adopted it for domestic and foreign users as garment accessories, displays, and automobile protective film base materials.

It is TPU film with excellent resistance to hydrolysis. We are adopting for acoustic insulation materials for automobiles, OA chairs, bed base materials and so on.

SDS series (for emblems and clothing)

It is a TPU film that have weather resistance (hardly yellowing) and heat resistance which are difficult to yellow. It is adopted for the sports goods / wear logo mark, the pass case base material, etc..

It is a TPU film characterized by high transparency and high strength. It have been adopted as a substrate for hanging packaging.
